wave solder pallet Description
Wave Solder Pallets/ Selective soldering
pallets are used to apply electron components to printed circuit boards during
PCB assembly. The pallets are made of Noves insulation material. They
protect the SMT components in the circuit and expose the unmasked components to
during the wave soldering process.
CNC Workshop
We can design pallets in free of charge for customers.The
below files are required for the pallet design:
1. 2D
drawing (Dwg or PDF) or 3D drawing (step or Igs ) of the wave solder pallets
2. Gerber
files of PCB bare board + Loaded PCB sample (PCB board with electronic
components)
3. We will
make the drawing for customer approved within 48 hours after received files.
4.The
production will be finished with 3 days after the pallet drawing approved by
the customer.
