Wave solder pallet material Description 

Noves ESD insulation materials are made by fiberglass & epoxy resin with high-temperature and high-pressure forming, They are a kind of engineering plastic sheet, They are as same as Durostone, Ricocel and CDM material. Have been developed for wave solder pallet and all procedures within the PCB wave soldering assembly process, Standard operating temperature is more than 300°C and standard operating temperature is 260°C. It is hardening resistant in soldering process without delamination, It is a very good material for PCB test fixture, wave & reflow soldering pallet, SMT fixtures and wave solder pallet.

Cutting Services  

The standard sheet size is 1160x1260mm, sheets can be cut into the smaller size in our workshop before delivery and it’s free of charge, It will easy for the shipment and save process before use. Just let us know the size what you want when you place order!

Free sample  

We can provide sample (size 160x160 mm) for test or checking the quality … samples are free of charge, but should be send by customer’s courier account and by freight collect.
